A major, ongoing account for over 5 years of my tenure, the National Pasta Association’s consumer-facing campaign represented the industry’s biggest pasta mills and manufacturers, promoting more healthy pasta consumption by American households.

As the digital lead on the project, I led the production of recipe development, video, and photography, coordinating with chefs, registered dietitians, photographers, stylists, and on-camera talent.

Under my direction, the National Pasta Association’s consumer campaign grew from a following of 10,000 followers to more than 750,000 on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram.

I spearheaded a major rebrand and two website builds, as well as overseeing editorial content. In the budding days of influencer marketing, I proposed bringing influencer management in-house, decreasing spending by 20%. I ran influencer campaigns, from strategy and selection to budgeting and FTC compliance. In fact, I became the agency’s subject matter expert on FTC compliance for sponsored content, as the regulations were new at the time.

During my time on the account, the campaign grew into a sophisticated digital presence spanning multiple platforms, matching the look and feel of major food and lifestyle publications.
